The Isle of Wight team beat heavy favourites Guernsey 2-1 in the Group stage, along with the western Isles and Åland, to put themselves top of their group.
In the Semi-Finals, Nathan and the Isle of Wight came up against Jersey, unfortunately losing 3-2 late in the second half, ending their Island games victory hopes.
Their 3rd place playoff game ensued vs Bermuda U23, where they managed to win 2-1 after going into half time 1-0 down. This secured Nathan and the Isle of Wight team a Bronze Medal.
Jersey went on to beat Ynys Môn, an island county within Wales, 5-2 in the Final.
Everyone at the club is proud of Nathan for his accomplishment, and are delighted he managed to have such a great experience playing in high pressures games, which will only help Nathan and the team for the season ahead.
Up the Vale!
