Hayden prides himself on creating a professional environment with a positive culture along with delivering a progressive, attacking, possession based style of football the RPVFC supporters love to see.

A highly respected name in non-league football, Hayden brings a wealth of experience in building dynamic and exciting teams throughout his career.

Previously, he has impressed wherever he has been, as demonstrated by his great work with Kingstonian (reaching the second round of the FA Cup in 2020), Mertsham (reaching the Isthmian Premier Division play-off final in 2019 and the FA Cup first round proper in 2017, plus winning the the Surrey Senior Cup twice) as well as managing Bromley FC and Carshalton, and last season Hayden took Leatherhead all the way to the Isthmian League South Central play-off final.
